Cost Effective
You can invest your Apprenticeship Levy funds in these programmes or, if you don’t pay it, access non-Levy funding from the Government to cover almost all of your costs. So, you could access high quality management and leadership development without impacting your 2023-24 training budget.
Easy Access
For our upcoming programmes starting in June 2023, you can enrol any number of learners at either level (or both) and they will learn and receive support from wherever they work – via online content and virtually-delivered learning workshops.
Practical & Vocational
Apprentices combine theory and practice to develop the skills and knowledge needed to be an effective manager. Apprenticeships provide a structured and supportive learning environment, where individuals learn from experienced tutor/coaches and work on real-world projects and assignments.
Lasting Qualification
Whether they complete the Level 3 (Team Leader/Supervisor) or Level 5 (Operations/Departmental Manager), apprentices achieve a lasting and widely-respected qualification that will stay with them forever. Furthermore, they will also complete an ILM Certificate at the same time – providing further endorsement of their knowledge and skills.
