In supporting your organisation’s leadership and management requirements, Eliesha is accredited to deliver a range of programmes, which we are continually expanding to meet evolving client needs.
We have extensive experience in the management, design and delivery of accredited and non-accredited training programmes to organisations throughout the UK. Our delivery is via face to face workshops, distance learning, online learning management system and/or a blended approach (including the use of video).
Eliesha is an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Agored Cymru, PRINCE2® and IOSH. Working with the UK CPD Certification Service, Eliesha has also uniquely clustered our pearls of wisdom® products into a comprehensive and flexible range of over 70 fully certificated online CPD Awards.
Our accreditation services are supported by a dedicated and professional Accredited Centre Team which oversees accreditation processes for every learner from registration to certification, dealing with the awarding bodies, learners, associate staff and other departments within the organisation. To enable the Accredited Centre to monitor and report on registered learners, all relevant information is updated on our Management Information System which allows us to record, hold and manipulate data to enable us to provide management information on candidate progression and achievement throughout the period of the contract.
Our Learning and Development Consultants have considerable experience in developing training material which complies with the individual awarding bodies’ standards.
Eliesha works in partnership with various awarding bodies to develop the right accredited solution for our clients.
For a new line manager, an aspiring team leader, a manager returning to study after a long break, a manager with a limited amount of time or a need for learning in a specific area, an Award would be a short, sharp solution to the learning need.
For managers with more experience in the grade, a need for a broader programme and more time to devote, a Certificate may meet their needs.
For the first line manager who needs a firm grounding in all aspects of management and leadership and with the personal commitment and time, then a Diploma is appropriate.
A similar scenario might apply at middle management level, when a Level 5 Award, Certificate or Diploma would be appropriate or at Senior Management level when a Level 7 Award, Certificate or Diploma would meet the manager’s and client’s needs.
